EGGS 063: John Edney - Singer, songwriter & founding member of OPM - Pt. 2 of 2
EPISODE 63 • JULY 26, 2018 • 1H 38M
Episode Summary
Welcome back to the second round of our EGGS exclusive two-part conversation with John E. Necro, singer, songwriter and founding member of the world famous music group OPM. After a stratospheric rise to fame there was a cataclysmic fall going from literally top of the world to break-ups and personnel shifts, finding their home on a smaller label and overcoming the harsh realities of the music business. We also talk about the future of the band, Jiu-Jitsu and starting a business—Tarantula Hill Brewing Co.—a new craft-beer brewery located in Thousand Oaks, California.
Show Notes
Because of the epic, long-form nature of this discussion we not only broke our conversation into two episodes but we've left it largely in its raw, unedited form for your enjoyment. Wether you are one of OPM's millions of global fans or this is the first time you've heard of them, either way you're going to love this. You aren't going to want to miss this final part of the two-part series from your friends at EGGS live from MNO Studios in Marina Del Rey, California.
